Online Courses for Work, Life & Learning in a Rapidly Changing World

2026 & Beyond – Learning is Key to Success

Are you curious to learn, grow, and expand your knowledge?

In a world shaped by rapid technological change, artificial intelligence, automation, climate disruption, and global uncertainty, one skill stands above many others:

The ability to keep learning.

In fact, curiosity and lifelong learning are increasingly recognised as essential future-ready capabilities. Curiosity fuels creativity, innovation, adaptability, and even stronger leadership — all skills that matter in a fast-changing world.

Over the years, more than 35,000 learners worldwide have taken my online courses exploring topics such as future skills, futures thinking, lifelong learning, career resilience, and navigating uncertainty in the AI age.

I believe learning is one of the most important investments we can make in ourselves.

And the good news?

You do not need to return to university or completely reinvent your life overnight.

Even setting aside a small amount of time each day for learning can gradually transform your confidence, skills, opportunities, and outlook over time.

Online learning offers an incredible opportunity to explore new ideas, develop practical skills, and stay adaptable in a rapidly changing world.

New course launching May 7th

I have been busy!  I have been finishing this new course which is one of my goals for 2019 and I am delighted that my goal is near completion.  My new course ‘Future Skills – Preparing for the 4th Industrial Revolution’ is set to launch next week on Tuesday May 7th.  I am just putting the finishing touches to the course at the moment.

Change is coming

Today we are at the beginning of what has been termed the 4th Industrial Revolution. This isn’t about some ‘far future’ of work.  In many ways the future is already here!  The pace of change is rapid and the world of work is being transformed by technology at an ever increasing pace.  Will you be left behind or will you be ready for change?  To be prepared for the future you have to understand it.  Will there be enough employment in the future, and if so what will that work be? Which occupations will thrive, and which ones will decline?  By one popular estimate, 65% of children entering primary school today will ultimately end up working in completely new job types that don’t yet exist!

The course

This course gives you an overview of the different new technologies that are driving change.  New technologies such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, robots, drones, self-driving cars, nanotechnology, biotechnology etc.

The course also looks at the skills you and your loved ones need to develop to survive and thrive in this new world of the 4th industrial revolution.  This isn’t a time to sit back and wait for events to unfold around us.  What actions should we take today? What should we tell our children and grandchildren, colleagues, friends and neighbours about the future of work?  Those individuals and organisations that understand the future of work, and prepare for it, will be the best placed to succeed.  The course provides essential information for those who want to stay one step ahead in their careers and prepare for the jobs and careers of the future.
